1. Introduction
Welcome to HireTechGigs. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree with these T&Cs, you must not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
- Employer: Any User who posts job listings on the Platform.
- Job Seeker: Any User who searches for job listings or applies for jobs on the Platform.
- Content: Any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Platform.
3. User Accounts
- Registration: Organizations must create an account to post job listings. Users can access the platform with or without logging in, but certain features may require account creation.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these T&Cs or for any other reason.
4. Use of the Platform
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Platform, its Users, or third parties. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Harassing, threatening, or defaming other Users.
- Uploading viruses or other malicious code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or User accounts.
5. Job Listings and Applications
- Accuracy: Employers must provide accurate and truthful information in job listings. Job Seekers must provide accurate and truthful information in job applications.
- No Guarantee: The Platform does not guarantee the availability of job listings or the suitability of candidates.
- No Endorsement: The Platform does not endorse any Employers, Job Seekers, or job listings.
6. Payments and Refunds
- Fees: Employers may be required to pay fees for posting job listings or using certain features of the Platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms and conditions will be provided at the point of purchase.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&Cs by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
8. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HireTechGigs and its licensors.
- User Content: By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireTechGigs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new T&Cs on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new T&Cs.
